Job Summary
Insurance Manager to lead the life insurance, long-term care, and annuities division at OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners. Responsible for overseeing underwriting, placement, and illustration production; building and managing a high-performing team; delivering staff training; driving new business initiatives; and supporting financial advisors in selecting suitable insurance and annuity solutions for clients. Key duties include designing and optimizing underwriting/placement processes, overseeing illustration production, recruiting and developing staff, delivering training programs, pursuing business development opportunities, and providing advisor support throughout the sales and service process. The role requires extensive experience in life, long-term care, and annuity products, a Bachelor’s degree (advanced credentials valued), and strong leadership and regulatory/compliance knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance, long-term care insurance, and annuities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced credentials (CLU, ChFC, CFP) valued
- Demonstrated expertise in underwriting, placement, and illustration production for insurance and annuity products
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
