Job Summary
Serve as the insurance manager for the account team on large or complex accounts, implementing action plans, monitoring progress, and assuring service meets or exceeds expectations while protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions. Draft essential comprehensive insurance documents intended for clients and conduct research on various markets or industries to identify growth opportunities. Conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations, addressing escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Offer technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships and develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations. Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network and represent the Company. This role requires a Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), at least 3 years' experience in an Insurance role, and familiarity with captive management software. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in Perth, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
- At least 3 years' experience in an Insurance role

- Successful applicants will be required to complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing of employment
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
