Independent contractor to perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include driving to inspections, taking photos of properties, obtaining property details and overall conditions, producing reports in a timely manner, and submitting reports online through a PC/desktop with attachments. Must have a reliable car to travel to inspections, Windows 10 or newer on a computer, a smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, and basic computer and communication skills.
