Job Summary
Independent contractor needed to perform insurance property inspections for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include driving to inspection sites, taking photos, collecting property details and overall conditions, preparing timely reports, and submitting reports online through a PC/desktop portal with attachments. Must have a reliable car, Windows 10 or newer on a computer, a smartphone or digital camera, and a reliable home internet connection, along with basic computer and communication skills. Coverage area is Duluth, GA.
