Job Summary
Insurance Loss Control Surveyor needed as an Independent Contractor in Santa Monica, CA. Conducts insurance property inspections on residential and commercial properties, takes photos, gathers property details and overall conditions, and prepares reports to be submitted online (via PC/desktop) with attachments. Requires access to a reliable vehicle, basic computer/communication skills, and standard tech (Windows 10+, smartphone/digital camera) to perform and submit survey reports. Onboarding and support are provided by Davies Risk Services.
