Job Summary
Independent Contractors needed to perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include surveying properties, taking photos, obtaining property details and overall conditions, preparing reports, and submitting reports online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Travel to inspections is expected; a reliable car is required. Must have Windows 10 or newer, a smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, and basic computer and communication skills. Coverage area is Tustin, CA. This role offers part-time or full-time contractor engagements and onboarding support from Davies Risk Services.
