Job Summary
Independent Contractor position for Insurance Loss Control Surveyors to perform property surveys for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include taking photographs of properties, collecting property details and overall conditions, generating reports in a timely manner, and submitting reports online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Requires access to a reliable vehicle to travel to inspection sites, a Windows 10+ computer or newer, smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, and basic computer and communication skills. Coverage area includes Chardon, OH. Davies offers onboarding and support for contractors to be successful.
