Job Summary
Conduct insurance property surveys for both residential and commercial clients by taking photos, obtaining property details, and assessing overall conditions. Submit completed reports online through the PC/Desktop with all required attachments within a timely manner. Drive to inspection sites using a reliable vehicle and utilize a smartphone, digital camera, and home internet to gather data on Microsoft Windows 10 or newer systems. Deliver survey findings to Davies Risk Services in the Fredericksburg, VA coverage area while maintaining accurate records for insurance loss control purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable Car
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
