Job Summary
Insurance Legal Counsel in Alan's Corporate team focusing on regulatory watch and compliance for insurance products/contracts (ACPR guidelines, health and disability insurance rules). Responsibilities include translating regulatory obligations into operational tools, contributing to inspections/audits responses and compliance reporting, supporting RFP responses and contractual negotiations, ensuring product design meets regulatory requirements, and contributing to internal legal autonomy with templates and decision guidelines. Requires autonomy, pragmatism, rigor, and interest in leveraging AI to streamline legal work; role involves collaboration with Sales, Care, Product, and internal partners; remote work offered with requirement to be legally eligible to work from France.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years fo experience in insurance law and/or social protection law, gained at a top insurance law firm or insurance company.
- French (fluent) and English (professional level).
- Exposure to commercial health and/or disability insurance matters (advising, litigation, or in-house).
- Familiarity with French insurance regulatory frameworks (ACPR, distribution rules, applicable insurance law).
