Job Summary
Lead and manage Johnson Matthey's global insurance programme, overseeing renewals, procurement, policy oversight, and claims management processes. Deliver the insurance strategy aligned to the organisation's risk profile and business priorities while acting as the main point of contact for global insurance matters. Build strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate data, cost allocation, and reporting that supports business decision-making. Collaborate with Risk and Resilience teams to assess exposures and optimise coverage across the organisation. This role supports the company's mission to tackle emissions and advance sustainable technology solutions through advanced metals chemistry.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing global insurance programmes within a complex organisation
- Solid understanding of insurance principles and their alignment with risk and resilience strategies
- Location: UK, London Hub
- 20 % of travel
- Hybrid and flexible working
