Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and build trust. Execute a time-tested 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins while focusing on relationship building and deal closure. Travel Monday through Thursday with overnight stays, then enjoy weekends off. Earn uncapped commission income with residual opportunities, bonuses, and quarterly vacations.
