Insurance Field Sales Agent travels to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Play a key role in following Platinum’s 10-step sales process, leveraging AI-based training and mentorship to close more deals, while benefiting from a four-day workweek, uncapped earning potential, ongoing support, and travel incentives. The role emphasizes relationship-building, presenting and closing sales, collaboration in a team-based culture, and opportunities for advancement; overnight travel Monday–Thursday is required and weekends are off.
