Job Summary
Insurance Field Sales Agent responsible for traveling to assigned territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families), educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using a proven 10-step sales system. Leverages AI-driven training and ongoing mentorship to refine performance, with support from a team-based culture and back-office resources. Daily activities include in-person presentations, prospecting, building trust, closing deals, and maintaining relationships to generate ongoing income and advancement opportunities. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, as well as willingness to travel Monday–Thursday and enjoy a four-day workweek.
