Insurance Field Sales Agent responsible for meeting farmers, small business owners, and families in-territory to educate and sell Platinum Supplemental Insurance solutions using our 10-step sales system. Travel Monday–Thursday to client sites, deliver compelling presentations, build relationships, close sales, and leverage AI-driven training and ongoing mentorship. Role emphasizes face-to-face, commission-based earnings with high earning potential, team-based collaboration, and opportunities for advancement; includes support from marketing, recruiting, and back-office teams and incentives such as annual renewals and luxury travel for top performers.
