Job Summary
Insurance Field Sales Agent responsible for traveling within assigned territory (Marshall, MO) to meet with farmers, small business owners, and families, educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using a structured 10-step sales process supported by AI-driven training. Will operate in a team-based culture with focus on relationship-building, high earning potential through commissions, ongoing bonuses and renewal income, and opportunities for advancement. Must be comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday and be 18+ years old. The role emphasizes in-person, face-to-face interactions within the territory, leveraging Platinum’s marketing and support infrastructure to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve sales goals.
