Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and close sales. Execute a structured 10-step sales process to identify prospects and deliver compelling presentations, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture to share best practices and reach new performance heights. Travel Monday through Thursday, with weekends off, to meet customers in your territory.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
