Insurance Field Sales Agent

Insurance Field Sales Agent responsible for traveling to your territory to meet farmers, families, and small business owners, educating them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and closing sales using the company’s 10-step sales system. The role includes in-person meetings, leveraging AI-driven training and mentorship, a four-day workweek with Monday–Thursday travel, and opportunities for advancement through leadership roles. You’ll work within a team-based culture, focus on relationship-building and presenting compelling insurance solutions, with ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service resources.
