Generate quotes and convert them into business by identifying and assessing customer needs. Enter quote documents into Salesforce and maintain records of both quote and policy documents. Communicate with the New York team and external clients through email while managing deal-flow using proprietary systems. Respond to different types of customers positively. Requires a graduate degree/diploma, minimum two years of experience in BPO/KPO US non-voice process, and very good verbal and written communication skills. Mortgage lending and loan processing knowledge is a plus. Ready to work in US shift timings.
