Job Summary
Insurance Distribution Specialist role focused on transforming insurance into a profitability and customer-satisfaction lever. Responsibilities include product design, rollout, and maintenance of insurance offerings; managing claims lifecycle and execution across markets; supervising portfolio lines such as Civil Liability and Motor insurance; driving take-up of options like CDW, Excess Reduction, and PAI; coordinating dealer-network distribution; performing analytical reporting to identify trends and optimize profitability; ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements; monitoring product profitability and proposing pricing/packaging adjustments. Requires Master’s degree, 2–5 years in auto insurance, English and French fluency, and strong analytical, self-starting, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Hybrid in-office Paris, France location; Paris address provided.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Insurance, business or law
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the auto insurance industry; 2 years of solid technical experience mandatory if educational background is related
- Geographic exposure to European insurance markets/regulations a real plus
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Technical understanding of Civil Liability and Motor insurance mechanics
- MS Office (Excel) and Google Suite proficiency
- Ability to draft and review insurance policy wording and deductible buy-back terms
- Independent project management within international insurance regulations
