Draft and issue subpoenas, coordinate depositions and mediations, and manage calendars for key litigation events. Review and summarize medical records to prepare detailed chronologies, while drafting discovery requests and responses aligned with case strategies. Serve as a liaison for insured clients and insurance carriers, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout complex, high-exposure cases. Assist in assembling trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists to ensure cases are trial-ready. Requires minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
