Job Summary
Associate Insurance Defense Attorney responsible for managing a caseload of insurance fraud litigation from inception to resolution, conducting and defending depositions, arguing motions, and appearing in court regularly. Must have litigation experience in insurance defense, a strong courtroom presence, and an investigative mindset with sharp analytical skills. Collaboration with clients, SIU teams, and colleagues to build airtight defenses; ability to work independently in a high-performance environment. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
- bar admission in good standing in New Jersey or ability to obtain
- 2+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense preferred
- experience handling insurance fraud matters and SIU collaboration
- strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom skills
- ability to manage cases independently in a high-performance environment
