Job Summary
Draft and review coverage opinion letters, denial letters, reservation of rights letters, and insurance disclosure letters. Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Conduct depositions and attend hearings for complex 3rd-party insurance coverage matters involving commercial trucking accidents, construction defects, auto negligence, and bad faith claims. This fully remote position with a prominent Civil Defense Litigation law firm requires a J.D. and active Florida State Bar membership.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with 3rd-party Insurance Coverage Litigation
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar
- Experience handling Declaratory Judgment Actions and related insurance coverage matters
