Job Summary
Manage your own caseload from inception to resolution by drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while adhering to strict deadlines. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials to gain courtroom experience, while collaborating with clients, experts, and senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies. Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda to bolster case strategies, ensuring clear communication with clients through regular updates and interim status reports. This role requires a Juris Doctor and admission to the New Hampshire State Bar, with a salary range of $90,000-$110,000.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar
- At least one (1) year of prior civil litigation experience
- Experience in both New Hampshire state and federal courts
- Self-starter mindset
- Strong advocacy skills
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Ability to perform legal research
- Ability to respond to discovery requests
