Job Summary
Hybrid in-office Insurance CSR role supporting Commercial & Personal Lines. Perform processing of endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes; submit claims and conducts claim follow-ups; issue certificates of insurance; process notary bonds and related administrative requests; manage general service requests within the agency management system. Provide front-office support (calls, visitors) and assist with office operations. Collaborate with Agents, Account Executives, and Account Managers to prepare applications, proposals, and renewal summaries; maintain accurate real-time data in the agency system; ensure timely processing of new business, renewals, and changes. Requires 3+ years of insurance experience and a Wisconsin Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain), plus a valid Wisconsin driver’s license; strong communication, organizational, and data-management skills. The role is hybrid in-office, with remote options considered if within driving distance of an office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience handling both commercial and personal insurance lines
- Wisconsin Property & Casualty Resident Intermediary license (or immediate ability to obtain one)
- Driver's License: valid Wisconsin license with acceptable driving history
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency with agency management systems; ability to document and access information digitally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while following established workflows
