Insurance Customer Service Representative

Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding commercial insurance products and service requests. Process policy transactions including endorsements, certificates of insurance, binders, and cancellations. Assist with renewal preparation by gathering information and supporting policy binding. Prequalify requests for insurance quotes by collecting required information and coordinating submissions with Account Executives. Maintain accurate client records and agency management system information. Provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, processing documentation, and scheduling meetings. Collaborate with carriers and internal departments to resolve service issues. Comply with agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
