Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Licensed insurance customer service representative to quote, write and manage all facets of policies. Primarily handles existing book activities such as policy changes, re-markets, and document follow up. Service internal leads and existing book of business; monitor renewals and provide re-market quotes; call policyholders to explain policies and initiate follow up; ensure policy requirements are fulfilled including inspections and forms; assist with claims information; perform administrative tasks and maintain client records; build and maintain client relationships through guidance and transparency. Initial training will be held in person with potential to work from home or hybrid based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain current licensing in all applicable states
- Working knowledge of insurance and state regulations for personal lines
- Experience quoting and working with multiple carriers in a broker environment
- Experience working in AMS 360 Management System or Applied System
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Motivated self-starter comfortable working in a broker environment
