Job Summary
Licensed insurance professional to interact with customers to quote, write and manage all facets of their insurance policies. Will primarily be charged with handling existing book activities such as policy changes, re-marketings, document follow-up, and renewals. Responsibilities include servicing internal leads and an existing book of business, monitoring renewals to provide re-market quotes, contacting policyholders to explain policies and initiate follow-up, ensuring policy requirements are fulfilled, handling claims information with clients, performing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and educating customers to build trust. Initial in-person training with potential for working from home or hybrid depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain current licensing in all applicable states
- Working knowledge of insurance and state regulations for personal lines
- Experience quoting and working with multiple carriers in a broker environment
- Experience working in AMS 360 Management System or Applied System
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Motivated self-starter comfortable working in a broker environment
