Insurance Customer Service & Claims Representative

Serve and assist walk-in and call-in clients with policy servicing, claims processing, account maintenance, and insurance inquiries. Process and manage claims by communicating with clients, adjusters, and carriers while maintaining accurate files and client activity records. Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, reinstatements, and amendments, and enter premium information into the agency management system. Collaborate with agency staff to provide exceptional customer service and promote a team-oriented environment while maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
