Job Summary
Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimers for Lloyd's of London program matters. Monitor D&O, EPL, LPL, and E&O cases across the U.S. while retaining and communicating with defense counsel for Insureds. Prepare bordereau and client-specific reports, then report and meet with underwriters and program producers. Requires admission to the New York State Bar and experience interpreting professional liability claims. Hybrid work arrangement available. Required Qualifications
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Experience interpreting D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O and various other insurance policies
- Drafting coverage opinions and coverage letters
- Experience with Lloyd's of London program accounts
