Job Summary
Analyze insurance coverage and prepare coverage opinions for first party property and general liability matters. Handle litigation duties including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Monitor, mediate, arbitrate, and litigate declaratory relief cases in state and federal courts for insurers, reinsurers, and third-party administrators. Interpret contracts of all kinds and represent clients across virtually every line of business. Requires Florida Bar admission and two to fifteen years of relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters
- litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearing, and drafting and arguing motions
- Strong research and writing skills
- Admission to the Florida Bar
