Job Summary
Insurance Coverage Attorney in the Insurance Services group at Hinshaw & Culbertson in Tampa. Represents national and international insurance clients across coverage matters including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability. Requires admission to the Florida Bar and civil litigation experience in state and federal courts; experience in first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation preferred. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Hybrid work arrangement offering both office and remote work; professional development and mentorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
- Experience representing clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
