Job Summary
Proactively contact policyholders regarding cancellations, lapses, or downgrades to present tailored retention solutions and coverage adjustments. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams while educating clients on policy benefits and the consequences of coverage loss. Monitor policy renewals to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and assist with add-on conversions and paid-up options. Meet or exceed conservation, persistence, and revenue retention goals by handling objections professionally and utilizing CRM and DocuSign systems. Requires a current Life and Health License or ability to obtain one within two weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communications and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations with professionalism
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM Systems and standard software
- Knowledge of DocuSign software
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics
- Must have a current Life and Health License or be willing to obtain one within 2 weeks
