Job Summary
Account Manager/CSR for a commercial insurance book focused on small to middle-market clients. Retain current clients, share technical insurance expertise, and pursue account rounding with cross-selling opportunities across Business, Personal, Life, and Benefits. Prepare proposals and summaries, manage workflows for binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and audits, and support renewal marketing. Requires a Property and Casualty license and prior commercial insurance experience; hybrid schedule with option for full in-office work and some remote work. Emphasis on client relationships, timely service, and ability to use agency systems and carrier rating platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent
- Experience in Commercial insurance (minimum of 1 year required)
- Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list
- Great at helping customers over the phone, in emails or in person in a timely manner
- Comfortable with computers and software - Applied Epic is a plus
