Insurance Claims Consultant, Group Claims

Claims Consultant in the Group space across AusSuper: manage life insurance claims end-to-end (including IP and/or TPD), assess, analyse, calculate and finalise payments, and actively engage external treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, and in-house medical/legal specialists to deliver timely, quality outcomes. Provide exceptional customer and client experiences with regular status updates, participate in case conferences, and collaborate with advisers, trustees, fund administrators, and internal teams to support customers through challenging times. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and empathetic communication skills, with solid understanding of injuries, illnesses and treatments.
