Insurance Claims Associate (Bilingual/Trilingual)

Job Summary
Insurance Claims Associate responsible for guiding clients through auto insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies, collecting and reviewing documentation (including accident reports and policy details), verifying accuracy and completeness of claims, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and third parties, and identifying opportunities to improve the claims process. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are preferred. Remote role available; 1+ years in insurance or auto claims and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Previous experience in auto insurance claims or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required, ability to also speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Customer service focused with a commitment to delivering a positive experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the insurance industry
