Job Summary
Compile detailed causation reports and scope of works while managing small to major loss claims. Meet and exceed client KPI targets by delivering excellent costing, quotation, and budgeting services. Act as the primary point of contact for insurers, loss adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure claims are successfully managed from start to finish. Work autonomously in a busy environment using Microsoft Office and online systems to develop strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy diverse environment
- Strong time and organisational management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to develop relationships with our clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Insurance industry and building knowledge experience
- Excellent computer skills including experience in Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
- Experience in online systems
- Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
