Job Summary
Convert enquiries into live policies, provide quotations, close sales, and facilitate customer enquiries via phone and in-person visits to maximise sales performance and revenue. Handle large caseloads while maintaining high accuracy and exemplary customer service to build solid relationships with clients and insurers. Work towards Cert CII or hold relevant qualifications, leveraging knowledge of insurance products and FCA compliance within a customer service-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- Previous insurance sales experience
- Knowledge of insurance products and principles of FCA compliance
- Proven track record of sales success within a customer service focused environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle large caseloads
- Strong organisation skills
- The ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Willingness to work towards Cert CII or already hold qualifications
Desired Qualifications
- ideally within the Personal Lines or Agricultural marketplace
- Commercial / B2B experience
- I.T. skills including use of an insurance IT system, ideally SSP or Acturis
