Insurance Billing Representative, Onsite - Flagstaff, AZ

Manage insurance billing, collections, credit, payments, and reconciliations, including manual re-bills and electronic submissions to payers. Execute claim follow-up by correcting denied claims via work queues, correspondence, and emails; resolve complex accounts with minimal assistance. Review rejected claims, edit and resubmit to payers, and communicate updates on CPT and ICD-10 codes. Work with the Billing Manager to maximize revenue potential, adjust accounts per policy, and request medical records from health centers. Report safety incidents through the Midas/RDE tool and complete mandatory training modules. Maintain confidentiality and comply with state, federal regulations, and company policies.
