Job Summary
Manage Personal Lines Servicing including endorsements, renewals, and policy updates while handling Commercial Quoting & Policy Servicing. Complete ACCORD Forms and generate COIs for U.S. insurance agencies, providing direct Customer Support to these clients. Requires C1 English proficiency, one year of experience supporting U.S.-based insurance agencies, and familiarity with AMS systems and carrier portals. Detail-oriented communication skills are essential. This role operates on a 40-hour work week with weekends off, offering paid time off and medical leave.
