Job Summary
Collaborate with the account team on ongoing reporting, vendor specifications, and implementation projects while facilitating carrier calls for routine and urgent requests. Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and data by serving as a subject matter expert to answer client questions and provide supporting account information. Act as a liaison regarding all account aspects, manage vendor interactions for claims and eligibility, and develop sustainable carrier relationships. Complete assigned tasks, training sessions, and any other responsibilities as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year college or university
- A current insurance license or willingness to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of employment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- Mastery of virtual technology, including meeting scheduling, video display and screen sharing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High level attention to detail is essential
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- High school or equivalent
