Job Summary
Insurance Associate on the Private Client Advisory team supports prospect/client meeting prep, updates summaries and spreadsheets, binds materials, obtains quotes, processes endorsements, and coordinates new business files (Applied system), scheduling client/carrier visits, managing security clearances, and handling billing inquiries. Responsibilities include assisting in the renewal/remarketing process, locating carrier-specific information, and using carrier websites to obtain policy declarations; proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational/time-management skills are expected, with a focus on accuracy and meeting objectives. Required Qualifications
- Holds appropriate P&C license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- College degree and/or prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required
