Job Summary
Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services by consulting clients on comprehensive financial planning and insurance options. Assist customers with daily transactions while offering thoughtful professional recommendations and proactively marketing relevant products and services. Learn market trends and product offerings quickly to grow the agency through meaningful engagement. This role supports a multi-state agency environment where you stay positive in a fast-paced setting, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Preference is given to those with three years of experience in insurance or sales, and bi-lingual skills in Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or relevant sales
- Must be coachable and accountable to systems and processes
- Must prefer a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and enjoy technology updates/changes
- Self starter and the ability to self resource
- Bi-Lingual in either Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese
Desired Qualifications
- Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance preferred
