Job Summary
Connect with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Generate quotes, present customized options, and follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities while maintaining accurate client records. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth goals. This role supports a small, close-knit team of five focused on helping new hires learn systems and build confidence. Candidates must be willing to obtain applicable insurance licensing and receive hands-on training to succeed in this position.
