Job Summary

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm products such as auto, home, and life insurance. Responsibilities include providing customer service, educating customers about insurance options, meeting marketing goals, and developing leads. The role requires sales experience, excellent communication skills, a Property and Casualty license, and being self-motivated. This position offers a salary plus commission, health benefits, profit sharing, and opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products
  • Self-motivated
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

  • Experience in marketing
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
