Job Summary
Lead and drive P&C insurance analytics and AI initiatives by managing relationships with key clients, overseeing project delivery, and guiding teams in developing data-driven insights. Serve as the primary point of contact for client expectations while collaborating with senior leadership to define objectives for analytics, AI, and digital transformation projects. Ensure successful execution of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools aligned with industry standards, and proactively manage risks to maintain smooth project flow. Work closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and respond to proposals, leveraging expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Generative AI to enhance underwriting, claims, and pricing strategies. Stay current with market trends to drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10 - 15 years of experience in data analytics
- Expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Proficiency in SAS
- Experience with Generative AI
- Strong skills in data modeling
- Strong skills in visualization
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performance teams
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to meet client objectives
