Insurance Analyst - Renting

Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition Management for Santander Consumer Renting Spain based out of Madrid. Responsible for monitoring and managing existing insurance agreements and supplier relationships, designing the local insurance strategy, developing and implementing business cases, and performing monthly reporting and technical analysis of insurance results. Contributes to improving profitability through pricing strategies and collaborates across channels to support consumer finance products related to renting. What you’ll bring: 6 years of experience in motor insurance (preferably vehicle leasing), a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s in insurance preferred), and professional fluency in English. Strong negotiation and autonomous work capabilities, with familiarity in PowerBI and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
