Job Summary
Exclusive Insurance Agent role with Horace Mann in Wisconsin. Responsible for identifying and delivering affordable insurance and financial solutions to educators, presenting to groups and individuals, building relationships, networking in the community, and growing a personal agency. Requires 2-5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred), Life and Health plus Property & Casualty licenses, and potential FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses. Independent contractor (1099) with a multiline product portfolio, dedicated service support, no external office for 2 years, and incentive-based compensation with 48-month program.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills
