Job Summary
Join Kemper as an Insurance Agent Trainee, where you will conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close new sales. Agents develop strong relationships with customers, collect premiums, and manage policy paperwork. This role provides successful candidates with the opportunity to earn a percentage of the premiums collected and commission on new sales. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
