Job Summary
As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you will engage in life insurance sales and service, conducting sales presentations and maintaining customer relationships. Your role includes prospecting for new sales opportunities and managing an agency territory with an established book of business. Expectations include providing customer service, collecting premiums, and responding to service requests while pursuing continuous professional development. The position involves a training period to prepare for licensing exams and on-the-job training with mentorship. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
