Job Summary
Exclusive Insurance Agent role targeting educators in Towson, MD. Build and manage an agency business with defined territory, presenting a comprehensive multiline insurance portfolio to groups and individuals. Leverage cutting-edge technology and ongoing training to support operations, while focusing on networking, relationship-building, and market access to grow your book of business. Compensation is performance-based with 1099 contractor status and incentives during the first 48 months, plus quarterly production incentives. Requires Life and Health plus Property and Casualty licenses (or the ability to obtain) and a background in insurance/financial services. Strong interpersonal and business-management skills, plus the ability to identify affordable insurance solutions for educators, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
